How do I return or exchange an item?

 

We want you to be as happy as possible with the items you have purchased from Archie | Agnes and we are usually completely happy to accept returns and exchanges, but please understand we are a small business and have to have certain terms and conditions in place in order to protect ourselves against financial loss. Therefore please read the following carefully:

 

EXCHANGES:

 

Our exchanges are treated as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the items you wish to exchange to us (see below) and proceed with a new purchase online. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment once they arrive back to us.

 

RETURNS:

 

UNSOLICITED RETURNS WITHOUT A COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

 

PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO UNDERVALUE PACKAGES TO AVOID CUSTOMS CHARGES AS THIS IS MAIL FRAUD. IF YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR 50% OF YOUR ORDER VALUE PLUS ALL ASSOCIATED SHIPPING CHARGES.

 

Any request for a return must be made within 7 days of receipt, and returned within 7 days of receipt of returns form.

 

Please email archieagnes@hotmail.com and we will issue you with a returns form for you to complete.

 

Please package up the goods you are returning safely, together with the returns form and send to Archie | Agnes 89 Landor Road, Stockwell, London, SW99RT

 

All items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all labels attached. 

 

Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. 

 

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post. 

 

We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel. 

 

We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us. 

 

Original and return postage is non-refundable unless incorrect item was sent in error.
